What is Static Yoga?
Static Yoga is a series of simple exercises, which are performed on a balance board.

What does Static Yoga do?
Static Yoga can improve your balance, coordination and reflexes. This is accomplished by stimulating your proprioceptive (kinesthetic) system. Your kinesthetic systems which allows you to know where your body parts are in space without having to look at them, send more stimulation to your brain and nervous system than any of your other senses combined.

What can Static Yoga do for you?

Static Yoga may help improve your body's overall function and strengthen your body's ability to deal with every day stressors.

Static Yoga may help people with Back Pain, Knee Pain, Neck Pain, Headaches and Sciatica.

Static Yoga can also be used to help you break through a plateau you may be at in your sport or hobby. The balancing board used for Static Yoga is a small tool that will allow you perform the exercises in the comfort of your house.
